Registration for the 2021 Calpe Conference is now open

Registration for Calpe 2021 is now open 

To gain access to the venue, registration is required, and as in previous years, registration will be free for local residents wishing to attend. 

A registration fee is payable by non-residents.  Further information may be obtained from the Gibraltar National Museum website www.gibmuseum.gi/news/events, or on telephone (+350) 200 74289 Ext 233).

To register please fill in the Registration Form and send it to enquiries@gibmuseum.gi, or hand it in at the reception at the Gibraltar National Museum.

COVID-19

In order to follow the current COVID-19 regulations, proof of vaccination will be required.  Individuals who are not vaccinated will need to present the results of a daily lateral flow test for each day of the conference.

PAYMENTS

Payment of Registration Fees by non-residents must be made in STERLING by:

Credit Card

Bank Transfer: this option will be possible only until 15^th September, 2021.

Payments need to be made without charges to the beneficiary.  Clearly state the participant’s name when processing the transaction.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to the Conference Office: accounts@gibmuseum.gi. 

Where Registration fees have been paid, they may be refunded if written cancellation has been received before 14^th September, 2021.  The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the Conference Office is received.  

No refunds will be granted for unattended events or early termination of attendance, in case of cancellation of speakers or any other incidents during the conference, which are beyond the control of the conference organisers.

No exceptions to the refund policy can be made, including health or family issues.  By registering to the conference, participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the conference office assume any liability whatsoever.

Representatives of public relations companies, advertising agencies, marketing companies and their publications are not allowed to register as media.
